Integra Preview

Ignore the craptastic background (my redone room!), the lack of makeup, my lame black shirt etc...

The important thing is MY INTEGRA GLASSES CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY!

They're somewhere around 80-100 years old, in PERFECT working condition. Silver plated (I haven't cleaned them yet) and a minor chip in one of the lenses. Spring-curved arms so they stay firmly on my head. So if some random Alucard decides to hold me from the ankles (do we need a reason why? It's Alucard, he's too OLD for reasons anymore) they won't fall off my face.

I'll probably drop in some perscrip lenses when the time comes around for a new perscription.

Also, hair. For those who didn't know, my hair used to be long. Uber-long. And brown. Because I grew it out and went back to my natural haircolor for Aerith [link] and then I CUT IT. Chopped it off and donated it to Locks of Love, then dyed it reddish.

And the cut, you see, is FFX-2 Yuna. I'd been figuring out different ways to style it (my mom did it one way, which took FOREVER AND A HALF, and I'd tried blow-dyring it upside down and using judicious amounts of hairspray - which only made it look spikey and not flippy) and finally went digging in my bathroom. Turns out I had the flat nozzle attatchment thing (I tthink it's an ion diffusor or something like that... or maybe just a flat attatchment-thing) so I put some gel in it, got out the natural bristled round brush we also had lying around, and did it the same way my stylist did.

Overall, win. And a very good day for cosplaying - because I just found out that if I can keep my grades up, I'm going to Zenkaikon. Which also means that I just got started on my Maria bodice.
